These terms govern your use of the Flo4Paws platform, operated by AnimoIT Ltd. By creating an account or using Flo4Paws you agree to them.
A practice management platform for professional dog behaviourists and their clients, providing behavioural diary tracking, health forms, posture assessments, messaging and consultation management. It is a software tool only. It does not provide veterinary, medical or behavioural advice — all professional guidance comes from your behaviourist.
Your account is created by your behaviourist's practice. Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of anything you upload, including diary entries, photos and videos. By uploading you grant AnimoIT Ltd a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the platform to you and your behaviourist.
Do not use Flo4Paws unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, interfere with other users, or copy any part of the platform without written permission.
We aim to keep Flo4Paws available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
