A significant proportion of behaviour cases have a physical cause. I film your dog, a physiotherapist reviews the footage, and anything of concern goes to your vet before we start behaviour work.
You get a written Target Action Plan showing which stage you are in and what has to happen before the next one.
A diary in the app, my comments between sessions, and email and WhatsApp support for three or six months.
We will settle which one suits on our first call — you are not choosing now.

Built around what you need
If neither package fits, we’ll put something together on the discovery call. You pay only for what you use.

This is how you get in touch. There is no enquiry form and no waiting to hear back before anything useful happens — you fill this in, I read it, and I come back to you to arrange your free call.
It is longer than a contact form. It asks about your dog’s background, daily routine, health, diet, and what you are finding difficult. Some of it will feel like a lot of detail before we have even spoken. It is, deliberately.
I read every answer before our call, alongside your dog’s veterinary records. That means our first conversation starts with me already knowing your dog’s history rather than spending half of it catching up. And if something in there is worth raising with your vet, I can raise it in week one rather than week five.
Your name, how to reach you, and how you found me.
Who they are. If you have more than one, you can add them all.
Background and history, a typical day, health and diet, your vet, and what you are finding hard. This is the long part.
Including your permission for me to contact your vet. I need this in writing before I can speak to them — that is a legal requirement, not a preference.
A chance to read everything back before it comes to me.
Fill it in and I’ll be in touch to arrange your free call. If your case sits outside what I do, I’ll tell you then and point you somewhere better. That costs you nothing.
Start the health and history formIf filling in a long form is difficult for any reason, email me at info@flo4paws.co.uk and we’ll find another way. Nobody gets turned away because of the paperwork.
