Flo4Paws is a practice management platform operated by AnimoIT Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10219788). AnimoIT Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration ZC110921.
Account information, dog information, behavioural diary entries, health form responses, comfort and movement assessments, photos and videos you upload, messages with your behaviourist, consultation details, and technical data such as IP address and login timestamps.
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

Hetzner Online GmbH for server infrastructure, Cloudflare for file and media storage, and Amazon Web Services for transactional email in the EU North region. Your behaviourist can access everything you submit — that is the purpose of the service. Nothing goes to anyone else unless required by law.
For as long as your account is active. On a deletion request we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it. Server backups are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
